2/8 - leg press, split squats, situps, chins, stretch
2/6 - shadowbox, kettlebell, stretch

12 Gems from the Ed Coan & Charles Poliquin Seminar | STRENGTH SENSEI: " 5. Get strong/er. Strength is the mother of all athletic qualities. You think you are strong? Think of Ed Coan doing Seated Behind the Neckpress with 185kg, Bent Over Barbell Rows with 260kg and wide, pronated Pullups as the third exercise of his back workout with 105kg plus 90kg for 5 reps. You think you are strong? Your not. Get strong/er...

8. Always choose the Finger in the Eye over the flying spinning Backkick. The flying spinning backkick might look impressive, but it doesnt get the job done as reliable and efficient as sticking a finger in the eye. Apply this approach to everything, from choosing exercises to improving mobility. Always look for solutions that are fast and efficient...

12. Noone gets Big & Strong eating Chicken and Salad – all the time. The point is simple: Dont overdo the ‘clean eating‘. Choose as many carbohydrates as you deserve. If your carb intake doesn’t match your needs you wont make progress. At times load up on sugars. Yes, they are not Paleo. Benchpressing 200kg isnt Paleo either. Adjust your food to your demands and goals. If you choose carbs choose good sources such as Sweet Potato Fries, Glutenfree Pasta, Mashed Potatoes, Buckwheat Pancakes with real Maple Syrup, high quality Chocolate and some good Icecream."

"'Men in Minis' - this was the reaction by some Dutch protesters to recent mass sexual attacks in Germany..."

Thranholm FTW.

"When we see this video it is exactly the core problem...  Many men are acting like women...  We have no masculine power in our society to fight back [against] this male aggressive culture...

If you look at our politicians they're very soft...  They're like mothers.  They are embracing, they're inclusive... but they can't deal with the rapings, they can't deal with terrorism...  European politicians look very weak...  we see the consequences that many men here are brought up to be like women..

A culture needs to be balanced... you need both the masculine part and the feminine part, and now the masculine part is lost, and we see the consequences...

Now we see that we don’t have any male that can stand up, that can fight, who can fight back those male aggressions...”

The cognitive dissonance of the interviewer is unbelievable.  "The violence shouldn't be happening in the first place.  They are guests, essentially, that Europe has welcomed."  Well, no shit.  But when horrible people want to do evil things the solution of *telling them not to* because *they're our guests* and we think it's *bad* is perhaps the most naive and stupid thing I've ever heard.

"The solution doesn't involve watering down my every little idea... for the sake of someday easing my fit into a mold."

Bears repeating.

"Divided We Fall."

"I always wanted to be a professional athlete.  Because I wanted to have children in cities all over the world."

"Let's go to war."

'Generation “Every Kid Gets a Trophy” is coming of age, and it isn’t pretty.'

Burn it all down.  Students Who Didn’t Get Solos in Burlesque Show Claim Victimhood Status - Hit & Run : "Northwestern University students might have just won the everything-is-offensive sweepstakes: student-performers who were denied prominent roles in the campus’s burlesque show say the event isn’t inclusive enough, and organizers are frantically trying to create a “safe space” for them. The burlesque show is an annual tradition during Northwestern’s “sex week,” and strives to empower students to think positively about their bodies. Everyone who tries out gets a part in the production, though not everyone gets a solo. But this year’s roster is one big microaggression, according to the students, who claim the directors didn’t obey the dictates of diversity when making their selections...

Another student said burlesque show rehearsals will strive to be more “intentionally inclusive” from now on. The group is apparently drafting some kind of constitution, which will presumably enshrine their right to unimaginable levels of inclusivity. The irony is undeniable: it used to be conservative groups who threw tantrums about transgressive displays of moral non-conformity. But on today’s college campuses, no one is more offended and outraged than the liberal kids. Generation “Every Kid Gets a Trophy” is coming of age, and it isn’t pretty."
