"...the rebellious, the recalcitrant, and the intransigent."

"Once again, the "piracy-stricken" motion picture association has had a banner year, with box office revenue breaking all records (as they've done in most recent years). The biggest gains this year come from China -- a market condemned by the studios as a hive of piracy."

""So, are you really all-natural?/You're a roidhead and everything you say is bullshit/are you on steroids, if so where can I get some/etc."

Initially, I regarded these emails with a bit of sadness, because the authors were clearly mentally retarded.  As such, I wondered how or why they stumbled across my blog, and then how they managed to compose their emails.  My most recent exchange in regards to this subject truly pissed me off, as pussies who couldn't handle my workout weights have no fucking business demanding that I answer their stupid, irrelevant, and ultimately pointless questions.  Additionally, I've stated many times that all of the "testosterone boosters" promoted in the US in the last decade have been steroids, most of which were based on the formulations of the now-defunct Balco Labs.  I've used those supplements, repeatedly, and have promoted them on my blog.  I don't consider myself natural, don't give a shit who is natural, think that self-promoters screaming about how natural they are likely have the lot of you snowed, and couldn't possibly care less about who's using what.

There's only one type of person who does:  Pussies.  Big, sloppy, wet, yawning cavities of vaginas, slavering for a big cock to fill them with goodness to remove the empty feeling inside them.  If you're busy worrying about who's on what and when and how much and why, you're doing one thing- looking for the starting point for a litany of excuses.  All you have to do is read their retorts to see how pathetic their mindset really is, because they'll all sing the same sad-sack refrain - it's cheating, they can't compete, there's no comparison between natural trainees and geared lifters, ignoring all the while that most of the truly impressive strength feats predate steroids.  These stupid pieces of shit will explain away guys like Saxon and Sandow and Aston and Maxick as freaks of nature and irrelevant, because those examples completely destroy their bullshit argument.  Even when people compete in tested competitions, these "natty" lifters will call bullshit- look at all of the accusations flying around about Konstantin Konstantinovs, for instance...

Steroids are not magical, they don't make people superhuman, and they're not the reason why guys or girls in the gym outlift you - your lack of intestinal fortitude, hard work, drive, determination, aggression, and hate are the reasons you fucking suck."

Training - "This isn't something that will kill you."

3/28 - squats, calf press, back xt, calf raise, Arnold press, P90X3M D75 Eccentric Lower

"I grew up hating my legs, calves and butt. Well, what's there to like? It was flabby, thick and my butt was flat and saggy. I used to wear long skirts and loose pants to cover them up. I was ashamed of them. Even when I first started my fitness journey, I wasn't able to come to terms that my legs were thicker than most Asian girls. Even my dad called me 'rhino legs' . LOL. I believed that my insecurities about my legs came from the fact that I was brought up in an Asian culture where small, petite and fragile looking are what most people sought after. I've finally learned to love every part of me as imperfect as I may be. I know that through hard work, changes can be made. Even though my legs did not get any smaller, I now embrace them instead of hating on them. As age catches up with me, I stopped bothering about what others say about my body. Bodybuilding is an art. Not everyone appreciates it.

In my opinion training your legs are a MUST. Here are some legit reasons why you need to train your legs:
Increase overall  muscle mass. Studies show that squats & deadlifts increase the release of growth hormone & testosterone more than any other exercise= more muscle building hormone.
More Strength. Stronger legs and core muscles will increase your strength on upper-body lifts and thus help OVERALL muscle development. Symmetry. A big upper-body with toothpick legs looks ridiculous.
Improves mental strength. Squats and Deadlifts will build your mental endurance & character like no other exercise. Come on admit it! it's physically & mentally hard! (if you say it's easy you're probably not pushing to your limits! )
Burn a lot more calories during & after the workout. Legs are the biggest muscle group. When you work them hard, your body requires more energy! So naturally you will be burning more calories!    "

"If this SCARES you then you are a pussy, plain and simple. This is strength training - we are lifting weights. This isn’t something that will kill you. If this takes you out of your comfort zone then get ready because life is going to plant your ass really hard and you won’t know what to do." - Dave Tate

Impressive work - hurricane-jane:
"Thought it was time for another before and after, although I’m still a work in progress. The last few months my body has changed a lot, it’s a lot stronger and I’ve built a lot of muscle. It may not be visible in these last pics, but believe me: I lift heavier than ever before and I run faster and further than I ever could’ve imagined. The two last pictures shows that my upper body strength has increased, and that my horrible bloated belly has shrunk into something that reminds a lot of a flat stomach ;) 27 lbs off my body, and I’m not sure if I want to lose more weight. I probably will lose at bit more when running season starts, but over all I think I want to focus on building muscles and tone my arms and back. This is the coolest expermient I’ve ever done! :D"

"In many parts of the world, a person can walk into a drugstore and—without physician oversight or interference—buy a pack of birth control pills over-the-counter. Perhaps several packs.  Not so in America, where the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has been considering making oral contraceptives available over-the-counter (OTC) for more than twenty years...

A 2010 study found 33 percent of doctors always require a pelvic exam and pap smear before prescribing hormonal contraception, and 44 percent regularly do. But there’s no medical reason for linking these things. It’s like refusing to give someone antibiotics unless they submit to a cholesterol screening. Perhaps worse, as there's growing evidence that too-frequent Pap smears (which test for cervical cancer) can do more harm than good. The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force now recommends most women only get screened once every three years, not annually. At best, the current overscreening is merely inconvenient and needlessly expensive; at worst, it leads to psychologically-distressing false positives and totally unnecessary but invasive medical procedures..."

"There were three wired officers involved in the encounter with Mark Byrge – Gianfelice and his trainee, Nakai, and their supervisor, Sgt. James Bevard. The officers either suffered an inexplicable simultaneous failure of their VidCam units, or they didn’t bother to activate them. Nor was a dashcam recording made by either of the police vehicles on the scene."

"If I had it my way, if I could rewrite everything, I would prohibit forcible entry into homes, with certain exceptions. Obviously, hostage situations and active gunmen type of situations would warrant forcible entry. But to serve a search or arrest warrant it would absolutely be a surround and call out—the safest mechanism."
